BBC Ouch! technology correspondant, Adrian Higgin-botham, has written a harsh but fair appraisal of the state of accessible gaming. In short, AAA 21st century video games don't have much in the way of accessibility features. I always thought that the wii did very well in the markets and had a loyal market share but it is true there is a lot of competition from many other competitive gaming slots and they are fighting hard battle to survive and keep the market share.
